Focus on gardening

Focus on Gardening Group enjoy a garden walk that was just a little different this month.

The group travelled to Saul and Sandy Stainers property on the outskirts of Port Albert. The Stainers have been working for the past three years turning around 4 acres of largely non productive land into a wetlands. They have installed bridges, created waterways and islands. It has become a haven for birdlife.

The Stainers worked alongside the local Landcare group.
