Three peat champion

TUESDAY’S third and final round of the 2025 Ladies Club Championship saw some stellar golf played despite the cold and windy conditions.

Anne Maree Skarratt (13) with three consistent stroke rounds of 99, 95 and 94 was declared the 2025 Ladies Club Champion and A Grade victor at the post match presentations . A wonderful performance for the noted ball striker and now has four Club Championship titles to her name on the Club honor board.

Jen Nickell and Frankie Maclennan were tied following two rounds of completed stroke play in B Grade. However Jen with some nice play in the testing conditions came out on top with total of 302 to be a worthy B grade Champion.

Michelle Staley came in second with Peta Barlow in third place.

In C Grade , Tracey McKenzie (30) enjoyed a very successful tournament.

Tracey convincingly won the C Grade Championship. She also won the Jane Davidson memorial trophy for the best net score during the Championship ie 69, the aggregate best score over three rounds and the putting award to celebrate three rounds of stellar play.

Di Foat (26) won Tuesday’s stand alone event in A Grade with net 74.

Tracey McKenzie (30) another accolade led the way in B grade with net 81.

Anne Maree Skarratt won scratch with 94 off the stick.

Jen Nickell won the putting with 31 a fine effort.

Michelle Staley 76 and Sharelle Roberts net 79 won DTL awards.

Di Foat to cap off a good day also won the NTP award on 15.

Tuesday’s Mens Stableford

John Skarratt and Joe Razinger two of the Club’s very consistent performers played the final of the individual Mens Knockout under match play conditions.

A terrific match with John prevailing on the 18th to be the deserved victor for 2025.

John also won the stableford event on C/B with 35 points from Chris Barclay.

Paul McAninly 34 and Rick Rogers 33 points winning DTL balls.

John Skarratt also won the NTP on 7 and Bill Reid the money on 15 with a nice strike.

Saturday’s Medley Par

Richie Egan (19) the overall and C grade winner with a handicap trimming plus 3.

Scott Leggett (7) won A Grade on C/B with a score of square.

Cliff Moore (16) a nice round plus 2 , won B Grade .

Jared Thomas (35) prevailed in D Grade with plus two ,with 53 competitors teeing off on the day.

DTL awards went to Justin Staley plus 2, Brayden Askew plus 2, Joe Foat plus 1. Then Paul Conheady, Murray Foat and Paul McAninly all on square recognized.

Justin Staley won the NTP on 1and collected a birdie ball prize on the same hole, Cliff Moore on 7, Brendan Farley the money on 15 and Murray Foat again the NTP on 18.

Sunday’s Nine Hole Stableford

Peter Jenkins (25) was finally able to edge family playing partners to win with 18 points.

Dylan Skarratt 17, Janine Butler 16 and welcome back to Dean Summerfield after a mishap 16, Michelle Staley 16 and Koby Jenkins also with 16 points followed
